This website is owned and operated by Annie Vinje, an Integrative Health Practitioner and wellness entrepreneur based in Chandler, Arizona. Let me be direct: nothing on this website or in any of my programs, sessions, podcasts, emails, or free resources constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

I am a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP), 500-hour Yoga Teacher, and 200-hour Meditation Teacher. I am not a licensed physician, psychologist, registered dietitian, or mental health professional.

My work supports wellness, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle change — it is not a substitute for medical care. If you have a health concern, please work with a qualified medical provider. Do not disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something you read or heard on this site or in my content.

Any results mentioned on this site — in testimonials, case studies, or program descriptions — reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Your results will depend on many factors, including your starting point, consistency, and circumstances.

I share real client stories with their permission. I do not fabricate or inflate results.

4. Services & Programs

• The 90-Day Feel Good Program ($997)
• Feel Good Accountability Program ($147/month, graduates only)

5. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of booking or enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to the nature of digital and service-based offerings:

• Strategy Sessions: Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance may be rescheduled. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
• 90-Day Program: Refunds are available within the first 7 days of program start, minus any sessions already completed. After 7 days, no refunds are issued.
• Digital products (books, guides): All sales are final.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including written content, graphics, podcast episodes, program materials, and the Feel Good Method framework — is my original work and is protected by copyright.
