Meet Your Guide

I am a certified meditation, yoga, and barre teacher. Before learning my meditation type, I struggled, feeling like I couldn’t do it right. After I was paired with my type, meditating became much easier, and the benefits increased drastically.

I love reading any book, attempting vegan baking, dancing, and exploring nature with my husband, three kids, and three dogs.

I teach corporations, studio classes, and private individuals both in person and online. I am trained in multiple disciplines of yoga including trauma sensitive. I also have the knowledge to teach different types of meditation.
