About the work
What is The Feel Good Method?
The Feel Good Method is a personalized approach to feeling genuinely, consistently good — built around three areas: your body, your mind, and your energy. It's not a diet plan or a generic wellness program. It's a plan built around your life, your history, and what's actually getting in your way. Most of my clients come to me exhausted, stuck, and frustrated that nothing has worked long term. We figure out why — and we fix it.
Who do you work with?
I work with adults between 25 and 70 who are high-functioning but running on empty. They're doing everything "right" but still feel tired, wired, inflamed, or off. Some are navigating perimenopause or andropause, others are dealing with chronic stress, burnout, or years of putting everyone else first. Regardless of age or gender, my clients share one thing in common — they're ready for a real plan, not another thing to add to their to-do list.
What makes your approach different from seeing a doctor or a nutritionist?
Doctors are brilliant at diagnosing and treating disease — that's not what I do. I work in the space between "nothing is technically wrong" and "I don't feel well." I look at the whole picture: your sleep, stress, nutrition, nervous system, movement, and energy — and I help you connect the dots. I also hold you accountable in a way that a 15-minute appointment can't. Think of it as the missing layer between your doctor and your daily life.
What certifications and training do you hold?
I hold a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP) designation at Levels 1, 2, and 3, a 500-hour Yoga Teacher certification, a 200-hour Meditation Teacher certification, and a Trauma-Sensitive Yoga certification (TCTSY-F). I also have over 10 years of hands-on experience in corporate wellness, studio teaching, and one-on-one coaching. I hold a B.S. in Business Administration from CU Boulder and spent years as a Marketing Director before returning fully to health and wellness.
The process
What happens in a Feel Good Strategy Session?
The Strategy Session is a focused 60-minute call where we look at where you are, where you want to be, and what's in the way. You'll leave with real clarity — not a vague pep talk. We look at your body, your energy, your habits, and your stress load, and I give you one powerful starting point you can act on immediately. If we're a good fit for deeper work, we'll talk about that. If not, you still walk away with something useful.
What does the 90-Day Feel Good Program actually look like?
We work together over 90 days through a combination of one-on-one sessions, personalized health planning, messaging support, and accountability. We move through the six core areas of The Feel Good Method — building your plan as we go, adjusting it as your body responds. Everything lives in your Practice Better client portal so nothing falls through the cracks. It's designed to be sustainable, not overwhelming — we're building habits that actually stick.
Do you work with clients virtually or in person?
All sessions are virtual via Zoom, which means I work with clients anywhere. If you're local to the Phoenix/Chandler area, I occasionally offer in-person options — reach out and we can talk about what works best for you.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
The Feel Good Strategy Session is $67 and is the natural starting point for most people — it's a real session, not a sales call. Full investment details for the 90-Day Feel Good Program and the ongoing Accountability Program are on the Work With Me page. And yes — your $67 strategy session fee is always credited toward the program if you choose to continue.
Still on the fence?
I've tried a lot of things and nothing has worked. Why would this be different?
That's exactly why I started doing this work. Most programs fail because they're generic — they give everyone the same protocol and hope it sticks. The Feel Good Method works differently because it's built around you specifically: your history, your body, your stress, your life. What works for someone else may not work for you, and that matters. One of my clients had so much more energy after working together that she stopped wanting her morning coffee — not because I told her to cut it, but because her body didn't need the boost anymore. That's what happens when you address the actual root cause instead of layering on more supplements or rules.
I don't have a lot of time. Is this going to add more to my plate?
This is one of the most common things I hear — and it's a fair concern. My clients are busy. That's usually part of why they feel the way they do. The program is designed to work with your life, not on top of it. We don't add a 47-step morning routine or expect you to overhaul everything at once. We find the highest-leverage changes for your specific situation and start there. Most clients find that the time they invest pays back tenfold in energy, focus, and feeling like themselves again.
Is this worth the investment?
I'd rather you ask this now than wonder later. Here's what I'd invite you to consider: what is it costing you right now to feel the way you feel? The supplements that aren't working, the doctor visits that end with "everything looks normal," the productivity you've lost, the things you've said no to because you didn't have the energy. Most of my clients have already spent more trying to figure this out on their own. This is the version where you actually get there. And if you want to start small, the $67 strategy session is a real first step — not a sales call.
