I’ve spent my whole life trying to help people feel better.
For over 10 years I’ve been studying what it actually takes to feel good — and I built The Feel Good Method to share what works.
I know what it feels like to not feel good.
Even as a teen, I was the one looking up natural remedies, offering advice, or just sitting with someone who needed to talk. That pull toward helping others never left me.
Before this work, I spent years in marketing and tech — which taught me firsthand how much pressure we put on ourselves to perform, and how little attention we give to actually feeling good.
But somewhere along the way — between the demands of career and family — I learned firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself. To keep showing up for everyone else while quietly running on empty.
That experience changed the way I work. Because I don’t just teach this stuff. I’ve lived it.
Over the past 10+ years I’ve studied, trained, and worked alongside real people — learning what actually moves the needle when it comes to energy, stress, and feeling like yourself again. That’s what led me to create The Feel Good Method — a simple, personalized approach that brings your body, mind, and energy back into alignment.
When you have the right plan, everything becomes easier. I built this to be that plan for you.
What I bring to our work together
Addressing root causes of health challenges through a whole-body lens.
Helping people quiet the noise and create real mental clarity.
Trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Trauma-Sensitive yoga.
Strength, alignment, and movement that meets you where you are.
Guiding people to build sustainable habits that actually fit their life.
Supporting the body’s stress response and building resilience from the inside out.
Helping people reconnect with a deeper sense of balance, intuition, and inner wellbeing.
More than any title, I bring curiosity, compassion, and an unshakeable belief that feeling good is possible for you.
A little about the person behind the work
I’m based in Chandler, Arizona — though I’ve called California, Colorado, Oregon, and North Carolina home over the years. Life with my husband, three kids, and three dogs is full, loud, and exactly what I love.
When I’m not working you’ll find me with a book in one hand and a coffee in the other, out in nature, or saying yes to whatever new adventure my family dreams up next.
I believe the best work happens when you feel seen, not just coached. That’s what I’m here for.
