I spent years doing work I loved. I was running myself into the ground in all of it.
Teaching yoga, training clients, working in corporate marketing, raising a family. I was the capable one. And I was slowly falling apart. That experience became the foundation of everything I do.
I thought I was doing everything right.
I’m Annie Vinje: Integrative Health Practitioner, meditation and yoga teacher, and founder of The Feel Good Method. I help women who have spent years doing everything right and still don’t feel good get to the root of what’s actually going on, and do something about it.
I spent the better part of twenty years moving between corporate marketing and teaching yoga and fitness. Different worlds, same pattern: showing up, delivering, holding everything together, and running on cortisol and willpower to do it. I was the capable one. The one who figured it out. The one who kept going.
What I didn’t know was that my body was quietly keeping score. The exhaustion that sleep didn’t fix. The digestive shifts. The emotional flatness. The feeling that something was just off, even when everything looked fine from the outside.
None of it was a willpower problem. None of it was a discipline problem. It was a pattern, and nobody had ever looked at the whole picture at once. Once I understood that, everything changed. That understanding became The Feel Good Method.
Not another protocol to white-knuckle your way through. A root-cause approach that actually looks at what’s driving how you feel, and builds a real path forward from there.
You don’t need to try harder. Nobody has connected the dots for you yet.
What I bring to our work together
Root-cause investigation across hormones, gut health, nervous system, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle using a whole-body, evidence-informed approach.
Trained across Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Trauma-Sensitive modalities. Movement as medicine, not performance.
Teaching women to create real mental clarity and nervous system regulation through sustainable practice, not trend-chasing.
Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator. Supporting the body’s stress response and building real resilience from the inside out.
University of Colorado Boulder. Years in corporate marketing. I know the world your body has been surviving, because I survived it too.
Teaching yoga, training clients, and coaching women through real health challenges. Not theoretical. Lived and practiced.
More than any credential, I bring the experience of having lived this. And the conviction that feeling good is genuinely possible for you.
Full, loud, and exactly what I love.
I’m based in Chandler, Arizona, though I’ve called California, Colorado, Oregon, and North Carolina home over the years. Life with my husband, three kids, and three dogs is a lot. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
When I’m not working you’ll find me outside, with a book and a coffee, or saying yes to whatever adventure my family dreams up next.
I believe the best work happens when you feel seen. Not just coached. That’s what I’m here for.
