Your privacy matters to me. This Privacy Policy explains what information I collect when you visit annievinje.com or work with me, how I use it, and how I keep it safe. I'll keep this as plain-English as possible — no legalese walls.

I'm Annie Vinje, an Integrative Health Practitioner, meditation and yoga teacher, and the founder of The Feel Good Method. I operate as a sole proprietor based in Chandler, Arizona.

  • Health history and personal information you share through Practice Better (my client platform) or Acuity Scheduling
  • Any messages or questions you send me via email or contact forms

Information collected automatically:

  • Basic website analytics (pages visited, time on site, general location) via Squarespace's built-in analytics
  • Cookies used by Squarespace to help the site function properly

I do not sell your data. Ever. Full stop.

3. How I Use Your Information

I use your information to:

  • Send you the resources, emails, or content you signed up for
  • Communicate with you about sessions, programs, or questions
  • Deliver and support my health coaching and wellness services
  • Improve how I show up for my community and clients

I will never share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

If you join my email list, you'll hear from me regularly — wellness tips, resources, and updates about my offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. I use Squarespace Email Campaigns to manage my list, and your email address is stored securely on my behalf.

5. Third-Party Tools I Use

To run my business, I use a few trusted platforms. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • Squarespace — website hosting, analytics, and email campaigns
  • Acuity Scheduling — appointment booking
  • Practice Better — client portal, intake forms, and session notes

I choose platforms that take privacy seriously, but please review their policies if you have concerns.

6. Health Information

As a health practitioner, I take the privacy of health-related information seriously. Any personal health information you share with me through intake forms, sessions, or direct communication is kept strictly confidential and used only to support your care. I do not share this information with anyone without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Note: I am not a licensed medical doctor. My services are wellness-based and do not constitute medical treatment.

7. Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored securely through the platforms listed above. While no system is 100% hack-proof, I take reasonable steps to protect your data and only work with reputable platforms that maintain strong security standards.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information I hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to any legal or business obligations)
  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time
